Sending your packages.
Packages are typically shipped within 4 business days after payment verification and are delivered via an in-house delivery carrier.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as transportation costs. Transportation costs vary depending on the distance between the customer's home and the warehouse. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping rates will apply to each of them.
Returns.
Changes are made in our physical store located at km 12.5 via Samborondón up to 15 days from the date of your purchase, presenting the invoice. Remember that the garment must be in good condition and retain its barcode.
